Louis A. Blatt, Ph.D., (Louis.Blatt@ca.com), chairs the OASIS DCML Member Section Steering Committee and is Senior Vice President for Computer Associates, responsible for the strategic direction of the company's Unicenter brand and Managing On Demand Computing strategy. Prior to joining CA, Mr. Blatt was executive vice president of strategy and corporate development at Peregrine Systems where he was responsible for analyst relations, corporate strategy development, and mergers and acquisitions. He also served as president of Peregrine's E-Markets Group, which focused on eBusiness integration. Prior to Peregrine, Mr. Blatt was executive vice president, strategy, marketing, and business development for MediaBridge where he focused on CRM initiatives. Prior to MediaBridge, he was a partner at Andersen Worldwide where he started and grew a national CRM and Internet practice. Early in his career he held technical positions at AT&T and Wang Labs. Mr. Blatt is a published authority on user interface issues including pen-based computing, interactive television, usability techniques, cost-justifying human factors, and User Interface Design Guidance Systems. Mr. Blatt received his Ph.D. from Boston University where he participated in a program that concentrated on human factors in computers- the study of computer science and experimental psychology disciplines with a goal of designing effective and intuitive user interfaces. He also received his master's degree from Boston University, a bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University and has attended executive management training at the Harvard Business School.

Sharmila Shahani, (sshahani@opsware.com), is SVP Marketing, Opsware Inc. Before joining Opsware Inc., Ms. Shahani served as vice president of marketing and business development for Totality, a privately held managed services provider focused on e-business operations. Previously, she was vice president of product marketing for America Online's E-commerce Services group. As the business owner for strategic e-commerce services, Ms. Shahani drove product strategy, programming, online and offline marketing, and strategic partnerships. Upon AOL's acquisition of Netscape, Ms. Shahani was a key member of the integration committee focused on developing the product and marketing strategy for iPlanet. Prior to this, Ms. Shahani was vice president of product marketing at Netscape Communications, responsible for Netscape's complete infrastructure product line. She was also an early member of Kiva Software, a leading Application Server company, and led marketing for the company until Netscape's acquisition of Kiva Software. Ms. Shahani has also held managerial positions at General Magic, Microsoft, and Hewlett Packard. She received her Masters in Management from the Kellogg Graduate School and her BA in Business & Economics, and BS in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

Darrel Thomas, (darrel.thomas@eds.com), is Chief Technologist, EDS Hosting Services division, where he leads the architecture, implementation, and global business-to-technology Infrastructure strategy of EDS Global Infrastructure Portfolio-to-Technology Development-to-Production Engineering-to-Service Delivery business and technology strategy interfaces. This includes the responsibilities for the technology integration of the Custom and Automated Hosting Services technology and operations, technology due diligence, architectural design, lifecycle, interdependency analysis,and complete integration of the EDS Agile Infrastructure strategy to the overall EDS landscape. His responsibilities also include evangelism across EDS and the computing industry. He is a core member of the EDS Corporate Technology Strategy Team, which is transforming EDS Global Business and Technology Model. Previously, Mr. Thomas was a member of many leading edge development and engineering and IT teams within EDS, including: core developer on the EDS' 1992 Barcelona Olympics Results Information Management Team; chief architect, designer, and implementation lead of for EDS' original Internet IT Hosting offering as well as the WebVault(tm), EDS' original leading leading-edge hosting environment; EDS' Chief Architect for the FIFA World Cup Soccer USA 1994 Project; and Chief Architect of the FIFA World Cup Soccer France 1998 award winning web environment, in which he was the creator of the system that holds four world records for Internet traffic performance. He was also Chief Technologist of Persona, Inc., the first Identity Management and Privacy Services Provisioning entity, which developed and provided online personal information (PII) and identity management services. Mr. Thomas holds a BS in Computer Science from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi.
